Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precipitation strengthening type heat resistant steel which has a lower Ni content than JIS SUH660, has a low cost, has higher strength, is suppressed in the precipitation of the η phase, and has excellent characteristics against change with elapsed time.SOLUTION: The precipitation strengthening type heat resistant steel has a composition containing, by mass%, 0.005 to 0.2% C, 2% or less Si, 1.6 to 5% Mn, 15 to less than 20% Ni, 10 to 20% Cr, more than 2 to 4% Ti, 0.1 to 2% Al, and 0.001 to 0.02% or less B, wherein Ni/Mn is 3 to 10, Ni+Mn is 18 to less than 25%, and Ti/Al is 2 to 20, with the balance being Fe and inevitable impurities.
【課題】JIS SUH660よりもNi量が低量でコストが安価であり、一方において強度がより高強度で、しかもη相の析出が抑制され、経年変化に対して優れた特性を有する析出強化型耐熱鋼を提供する。 【解決手段】析出強化型耐熱鋼の組成を、質量%でC:0.005〜0.2%,Si:2%以下,Mn:1.6〜5%,Ni:15〜20%未満,Cr:10〜20%,Ti:2超〜4%,Al:0.1〜2%,B:0.001〜0.02%以下,更にNi/Mn:3〜10,Ni+Mn:18〜25%未満,Ti/Al:2〜20,残部Feおよび不可避的不純物の組成とする。 【選択図】 なし
